Regular planning and discussion meeting. All current members and anyone just interested in the park are welcome.

These evening meeting dates are on different evenings (Mon-Thurs) to accommodate the different schedules of the volunteers.

Meetings in the months of April-September take place in the Pavilion in the Park. No meeting is normally scheduled in August. During the winter months, when daylight hours are short, the meetings take place elsewhere. Please contact us for details of the location.
